Despatch, Delivery and Returns Policy
Our service thresholds are of the highest standards. Every design is checked and made print ready by an experienced outsourced artwork designer team. The mug is then printed using the latest technology. When the print is completed, each and every item is quality checked before it leaves for delivery to our customers.
It is aimed to despatch every order within 2 working days of our customers orders. Our cut off time for this is by 3pm on the day of the order Monday to Friday and excluding bank holidays. If you order before 3pm we will despatch within 2 days. If ordered after 3pm, dspatch will be within 2 days of the next business day.
Normally despatch times can quicker than this.
Despatch
It is aimed to despatch every order within 2 working days of our customers orders. During busy periods if a customer places orders for many items we have an option to contact you if need be to give you a likely delivery date.
Christmas Delivery
To ensure that your order arrives before Christmas Day your order must be placed on or before the following dates.
Standard Delivery: 17th December. [12 December USA]
Express Delivery: 20th December.
Saver Delivery
Royal Mail second class post is used for this type of order.
Our saver delivery service costs £4.00.
It is aimed to despatch all saver orders within 2 working days.
After your order has been posted, saver parcels are frequently delivered within 2-4 days, but can occasionally take over a week. There is no guarantee of delivery time with a standard item. If you want to have your order delivered to you within 5 working days please consider using the express service.
Standard Delivery
Royal Mail first class post is used for smaller standard service orders.
Our standard delivery service costs £5.00.
It is aimed to despatch all standard service orders within 2 working days.
After your order has been posted, smaller standard service parcels are frequently delivered within 1-2 days, but can occasionally take over a week. Larger deliveries are tracked and should be with you the next working day. There is no guarantee of delivery time with a standard service item. If you want to have your order delivered to you within 5 working days please consider using the express service.
Express Service
We can use Royal Mail Tracked, DPD or DHL courier for express service orders. A signature is required on delivery when DPD and DHL are delivering. The parcel can be tracked.
Our express delivery service costs £9.00.
We despatch express service orders on the next working day.
Express orders are desptached on a 24 hour tracking delivery service to nearly all UK mainland addresses and postcodes. A signature is not usually required for smaller orders. If a signature is required for your order and you are not available when it is delivered a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
Courier Delivery
Sometimes we use DPD and DHL for larger orders. A signature is required on delivery and the parcel would be tracked.
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days.
After we have despatched your order, courier parcels are delivered next working day to most UK mainland addresses and postcodes. If you are unavailable to sign for the order a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
International (Non UK) Delivery
It is aimed to despatch all saver orders within 2 working days. Normally despatch is quicker than this.
Our Express option is available to send to some European destinations (please send an email with your requirements and delivery details and we will give you a competitive delivery quote)
We will despatch express service orders next working day unless dependent on our order cut of time.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We can only accept returns of products in their original condition within 10 days of despatch at our discretion. The product will be considered for return and exchange as long as either the product has been damaged in transit or the product has a manufacturing defect. We will unfortunately, not accept a return or exchange the product because the customer has changed their mind.
